Healthy Lunch Challenge #4



Menu: chicken tortila wrap
Ingredients: chicken (around 170g), lettuce, mushroom (around 100g), capsicum (around 50g), prego tradtional pasta sauce (100g), 1 mission potato wrap
Calories: approximately 390 kcal

Steps: 
1. stir fry chicken (without oil) till it is cook and then mix mushroom & capsicum 
2. put prego pasta sauce and stir it well with other ingredient
3. wrap the mixture in a wrap
